>Description:
	${PREFIX}/etc/rc.d/squid is not run while boot.
	files with ".sh" suffix are executed, but other files are not executed.
	this script is expected to be run by /etc/rc.d/localpkg in spite of the
	description in the manpage of rc.d, but files without ".sh" suffix are not
	run as long as reading /etc/rc.d/localpkg.

>How-To-Repeat:
	reboot after installation of www/squid.
	squid_enable="YES" in /etc/rc.conf surely exists.

>Fix:
	rename ${PREFIX}/etc/rc.d/squid to squid.sh again.
