>Description:
lang/swi-pl/Makefile contains the line
LIB_DEPENDS=    readline.5:${PORTSDIR}/devel/readline
However, /lib/libreadline.so.5 is provided by the base system of FreeBSD-5 systems. This causes a "stale dependency" on devel/readline, which was never installed.
>How-To-Repeat:
Install lang/swi-pl on a FreeBSD-5 system, a FreeBSD-6 system upgraded from FreeBSD-5, or (untested) a system with compat5x installed.

Update the ports tree.

Attempt to use portupgrade. It complains about
Stale dependency: swi-pl-5.4.7 --> readline-5.0 -- manually run 'pkgdb -F' to fix, or specify -O to force.
