ports/92955: update ports: graphics/spcaview: maintain unfetchable file

 and submit both this and ports/91979 - there is already new release on 
 http://mxhaard.free.fr/spca50x/Download/, but no patch for BSD's yet, so we 
 should use http://mxhaard.free.fr/spca50x/Download/oldrelease/ for the time 
 being... with both mentioned patches port compiles and installs cleanly (no 
 time yet to test functionality, sorry).
 
 Or, at least, alternatively, this pr should be migrated into ports/91979...
