You have put USE_BDB=yes into the Makefile, and the default db version
for USE_BDB right now is db41. The library installed by db41 port is
-ldb41.so, the configure output above checks for -ldb-4.1.so.
You may wish to either limit bdb versions, or patch the configure
script.
