ports/88207: gstreamer-plugins uses incorrect dvdnav reference

Well, it doesn't for me on my newly installed 6.0RC1 machine.  I have
attempted to switch to "portsnap" instead of cvsup, so there may be
something wrong with portsnap.

Do I have to do anything to make portsnap function correctly?
