It seems that libnss-mysql dropped --with-mysql-lib and --with-mysql-inc
in a favour of --with-mysql some time ago.

configure has default search paths for mysql stuff:
/usr /usr/local /usr/local/mysql /opt/local  /opt/local/mysql
and that is why it finds the mysql headers when --with-mysql is not
specified and mysql client is installed in /usr/local.
