>Description:
A build of gnuchash-1.8.11 fails in the given environment in configure:
(...)
checking for libofx version >= 0.7.0... found 0.7.0
checking for libofx/libofx.h... yes
checking for libofx... yes
checking if aqbanking support desired... yes
checking for aqbanking... not found
configure: error:
*** The library AqBanking was not found. Obtain it from
*** http://www.aquamaniac.de.
*** If it is already installed (including the -devel package),
*** you might need to specify the location with the
*** option --with-aqbanking-dir=DIR.
===> Script "configure" failed unexpectedly.
(...)
I currently know of no immediate fix as we currently depend on openhbci and there is no port of aqbanking that I am aware of. Note that apparently you now can only choose to have hbci with aqbanking or no hbci at all, but not openhbci, because configure only provides one switch:
--enable-hbci compile with HBCI support (needs AqBanking)
Aqbanking (see http://www.aquamaniac.de/aqbanking/index.html) apparently aims to be a generic homebanking interface with some interesting features beyond openhbci.
>How-To-Repeat:
Attempt to build gnuchash-1.8.11 with hbci in the above environment.
>Fix:
As I now see that I can't port aqbanking within acceptable time limits for the time being, maybe someone else has time and interest in doing so. So, other than not to use hbci (or porting aqbanking), I see no fix.
