ports/83163: portupgrade -R gstreamer-plugins-cdparanoia-0.8.9 fails with error bad C++ code

Hi FreeBSD-gnats-submit!
Just an update on this PR.

Attempts to portupgrade gnome2 to latest is failing on gstreamer-plugins-cdparanoia as well, thus preventing updating of gnome2 itself too.
