Over to magicpoint-maintainer: Mita, could you please arrange for the
xemacs-link/file to be installed by magic-point? (Or you could argue
that it really isn't necessary at all). Feel free to hand the PR back
to me once your done so I can remove misc/mgp-mode.el or do it yourself.
