 FCE Ultra is discontinued, the sourceforge.net website is gone.
 
 According to vtemulation.net, 0.98.13 is a pre-release.
 
 I have the code on http://www.mavetju.org/download/adopted/. Please
 let me know what you, as maintainer, want to do with it.
