ports/84561: XMMS2 needs a Port!

Included is a new shar, made correctly at that (the last one was sketchy at best). It's also uuencoded and then gziped just incase mutt decides to mess with the ueencoded text. (it would do something like that, horrible mailer that it is).

I made all the changes, added a WWW, used PREFIX instead of LOCALBASE where appropriate and removed the dirs I did not create from pkg-plist.
