CC/CXX is hardcoded in to libtool15 and this doesn't look
like gnu is going to change this any time soon. For ports wanting libtool15
and gcc34 it's probably just best to just use USE_INC_LIBTOOL_VER
instead of hacking libtool to use gcc34 as with the patch in pr-72114.
