ports/70033: tcllib-1.6_1 installation hangs while installing amsn-0.92

 Instead of installing a pre-built tcllib package, have you tried 
 building the tcllib port directly? I'm surprised to see test-failures in 
 the log you submitted -- the port certainly builds fine everywhere, I 
 was able to try it. Can you just try building it from 
 /usr/ports/deve/tcllib? If it fails, can you, please, include the output 
 of env in your response? Thanks!
