Hi!

I've already a working port of the latest ncbi-toolkit. It
is now building bl2seq, which was the reason of my PR
submission. However, I've noticed that the blastcl3
executable is not working as expected. This is a net client
app that establishes a connection to NCBI services. The
connection is being closed by NCBI after a few exchanges.
The NCBI staff is aware of the problem and I'm waiting for
a conclusion from them before submitting the updated port.

Please hold this PR for a while. Contact me if in doubt.
Thanks,

Fernan
