>Description:
INDEX-5 within ports-tree is outdated long ago. So various port
do not build until the user has generated a new one. IMO with
5.3-RELEASE there should ship an INDEX-5 which is up-to-date.

>How-To-Repeat:
>Fix:

untag revision 1.20 of INDEX-5 from RELEASE_5_3_0,
build a new INDEX-5 for the RELEASE_5_3_0 ports tree and submit
this new one tagged for RELEASE_5_3_0.

btw: IMHO it should be an predefinied step in the releng-process
to build new index-files in the ports tree before tagging them
for an release.
