 It seems that an actual change to the port is needed before a rebuild.
 This problem did not appear on my 5.3-RC1 buildworld-upgraded system.
 
 A fresh install of RC2 shows that the stratagus port is also broken on
 5.3, not just the package. The PR above includes a patch to fix this.
