System: FreeBSD Nehal.Home 5.3-RC2 FreeBSD 5.3-RC2 #0: Sun Oct 31 08:32:33 UTC 2004 root at harlow.cse.buffalo.edu:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC i386

when installing the package apache2 with:
'pkg_add -r apache2' , the directory
/usr/local/etc/apache2/Includes is not created.

the default httpd.conf has the following line at the end:
Include etc/apache2/Includes/*.conf

therefore, httpd will not start until the 'Includes'
directory is created
add an empty '/usr/local/etc/apache2/Includes' directory to the apache2 package
