The new x11/xlibs port has the wrong location for dependency libGLU. libGLU is located in graphics/libGLU, but x11/xlibs thinks its in x11/libGLU.

Build xlibs

Change reference to graphics/libGLU, or move libGLU under x11. Prior is probably more correct.
