net-mgmt/net-snmp needs to be recompiled when changing the default version of perl to 5.8 if WITHOUT_PERL is not defined.
I'm not sure this is really important but since I fall on this today, I though it could be worth a PR.

Add the following in /usr/ports/UPDATING concerning perl upgrade:

3) Update net-snmp (if built without the "WITHOUT_PERL" knob)
	portupgrade -f net-snmp

Don't forget to run
use.perl port
to use perl-5.8 as the default.
