ports/62973: cacti-0.8.5 update version in ports gives header error

 I've tested this patch and work good
 
 I have been ping vinc at freebsd-fr.org for some other task
 in the FreeBSD-fr.ORG project and we have no news since the besgining of the
 year... I'm not seeing it on IRC too, so I'm not sure
 he can more accept maintener request (I'm thinking he's very
 busy for is diploma actually).
 
 I'm proposed me (gioria at FreeBSD.ORG) as the maintainer of this ports
