ports/70382: libmswordimport not built by port, exists in package

 The package is built from the port.
 
 I can only assume that for some reason wv2 was not detected during configure 
 stage on your machine - perhaps a corrupted installation of wv2 is to blame 
 (or maybe you deleted (parts of) it?). 
 
 I can't reproduce this by using portupgrade to upgrade koffice to 1.3.2 
 either, so I'm closing this PR.
