Konsole's window title will become longer and longer with duplicate 
"Shell - Knosole"'s after some program changed Konsole's title.
	
>How-To-Repeat:
Open konsole in KDE. The window title should be like "Shell - Konsole".
Run VIM in that konsole, and exit VIM. The konsole window title changes to:
"Shell - Konsole - Shell - Konsole"
If you repeat, you can make the title longer and longer.
