OK, so my analyses was wrong, but I still have the problem that
/usr/local/etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf was ignored by amavisd, but
not when piping through spamassassin manually. It was fixed by changing
that line in amavisd. Since it seems that that's not the root cause,
I'll try to debug a little more.
