- Properly conditionalize gnugetopt dependency by utilizing USE_GETOPT_LONG
- Add missing iconv dependency
- Clarify COMMENT and pkg-descr
- Silence configure warning by using CONFIGURE_TARGET
- Install additional documentation

- Take maintainership
