cyrus-sasl2 was already updated to 2.1.14.  However, I saw useful
changes in your PR.  Thank you.

Applied.

Since, I forgot to add installing `window', I added it.

- removed mysql plugin patch

MySQL 4.X support in 2.1.14 is still incomplete.

- added support for OpenLDAP22 (PR ports/53571 ;-)

I'll commit it when openldap22 port is committed.
