patch-af seq->jot and wget->fetch in cddb-tool
patch-ag CDGENRE and CDYEAR updates to abcde, cddb-tool
patch-ah CDDB dynamic proto update to abcde, cddb-tool
patch-ai update man pacges for patch-ah
patch-aj rename WGET variable to HTTPGET to be more generic (wget
vs. fetch patches) some if's for FreeBSD and fetch
patch-ak add OGGTAGGER for overriding tagging program (using
vorbiscomment with oggenc encoder)
