ports/46278: New Port: games/vegastrike

I'vent installed 4.3 yet, but there are 3 newer versions of vegastrike
than this one i created a long time ago. I am willing to port the new
version and take a look at it, but La Temperanza wrote that he has made
changes to my port. I wanna have the changes to continue with a good
port.. if i start with mine and you guys think you must improve
something and already have done this, someone must do it again with a
new port. I've added the conversation with La Temperanza.
