[FreeBSD-Ports-Announce] mirror cleanup

Hello everyone,

The mirrors has been cleaned up from the prebuilt packages for ancient
(unsupported) releases.

Note that packages for FreeBSD 8.x, 9.x and 10.x (which were not updated for
long now) has been removed from the mirror to ease the maintenance.
