You're the second person to report this.  It does seem to be a problem
with the firefox port in the FreeBSD repository.  Looks like it
conflicts with it's own dependencies.
I don't know if this week's packages have been released yet (should be
some time around now usually) -- all I can suggest though is that you
wait for an updated package to appear and then try again.  Other than
building firefox yourself that is.
