pkg 1.3.3 segfault on upgrade

I have noticed that cleaning all and forced update seems to fix the
issue of pkg 1.3.3 crash...

root at hexagon:~ # pkg clean -a
Nothing to do.

root at hexagon:~ # pkg update -f
