[HEADS UP] pkg fetch,install,upgrade -L is deprecated. It is now -U in 1.0.9

Pkg 1.0.9 has added the -U flag to cover the -L flag that disables auto
updating. We will remove -L in 1.1.x.

Please update your scripts to use -U after upgrading to 1.0.9.

This was done as pkg-search and pkg-rquery have learned -U in 1.1.
pkg-search already had a -L, so we decided to standardize on -U.
