[REL - 91i386-default][net/nxserver] Failed for nxserver-2.1.0_9 in build

i've requested this multiple times over the past several years: 

regretfully, i currently have no way to maintain this port; i simply do not have the time or other resources to make it happen.

please assign ownership to someone else (i thought this had already been done) or simply mark it as unmaintained. bombarding my mailbox with these failure reports is not helping anyone, and certainly won't result in this port being fixed.
