make makebuild failure on top of tree

Hi,

I want to checkout the latest code and build a Freebsd VM iso/vmdk. Later
would like to apply certain TCP BBR patches and rebuild various VMs with
different patches for testing/validation.

I did the following:
- Installed freebsd 12.0-RELEASE VM (downloaded from osboxes.org).
- On this VM, checked out latest ("head")
*- svn co svn://svn.freebsd.org/base/head /usr/src*
*- cd /usr/src*
*- make buildworld buildkernel*

*Error:*
*pls see attached .jpg (my VM won't allow to copy/paste).*


*Questions:1. Any ideas what this is related to?*
*2. Is there a better way to achieving this?*
