We have a pf-mib in bsnmpd, see 
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/usr.sbin/bsnmpd/modules/snmp_pf/

Not sure if that's the same as the one you are after, but there is a 
definition in that directory so it's easy enough to check.
