bandwidth controlling with ALTQ

  I re-typed 

  queue qclient1 bandwidth 10Kb hfsc (rio)

  now its fine but S/SA error is still there here is the latest line which I
typed by hand

  pass in quick log on $int_if proto tcp from 192.168.1.247 to any flags
"S/SA" keep state queue qclient1

  /etc/pf.conf:50: bad flags S/SA
