Looks like it. Probably only reproducable with the tunnel, too. You
could try to narrow it down further between 'works without scrub' and
'fails with scrub random-id fragment reassemble', like try just 'scrub'
and toggle 'random-id' and 'fragment reassemble' on and off in all
combinations...
