trying routing and firewall on same machine HELP

The example given at http://www.openbsd.org/faq/pf (at the bottom), will
get you up and running!
It does not have any traffic shaping provided by dummynet though, for
the example. Traffic shaping is "Advanced PF Stuff", not for you! ;)
