I don't think so, at least, not at the present time.

You need to patch them yes.

Example for fxp:

1) Find the correct dir for the driver. Ex: cd /usr/src/sys/dev/fxp/
2) fetch the patch
3) apply the patch: patch -p0 < if_fxp.c.patch
4) recompile kernel and reboot.

If you're using modules, you only need to recompile the module I guess.
