Why|How is p5-DBD-MariaDB in CONFLICT* with p5-DBD-mysql?

Hi there,

Why is p5-DBD-MariaDB marked as being in conflict with p5-DBD-mysql
via its Makefile ...

  CONFLICTS_INSTALL?=   p5-DBD-mysql*

... per Mk/bsd.port.mk that implies to check conflict before installation.
Respective pkg-plist do not overlap. So how else do above two packages
conflict?

For whatever reason, there is no corresponding conflict listed for
p5-DBD-mysql with p5-DBD-MariaDB.
