FreeBSD Port: lang/p5-Scalar-List-Utils, converters/p5-Text-Unidecode, devel/autoconf

Hi there,

I am getting the following error in a few different situations when
attempting to rebuild all ports after upgrading from 11.2 to 12.0

ListUtil.c: loadable library and perl binaries are mismatched (got
handshake key 0xc680080, needed 0xc000080)

converters/p5-Text-Unidecode no longer builds even when following the
instructions here:

which would be

cd /usr/ports/lang/p5-Scalar-List-Utils && make deinstall reinstall clean

and then

cd /usr/ports/converters/p5-Text-Unidecode && make deinstall reinstall clean

unfortunately the "mismatched" stop error remains.
