FreeBSD port devel/p5-Getopt-Long, unneeded as Getopt::Long is bundled with perl?

Hi!
Investigating why a certain p5- port which uses Getopt::Long builds
fine without corresponding (devel/p5-Getopt-Long) port dependency
I have found out that Getout::Long is bundled with perl itself, all
supported versions:
% grep -R Getopt/Long.pm /usr/ports/lang/perl5*
/usr/ports/lang/perl5-devel/pkg-plist:%%PRIV_LIB%%/Getopt/Long.pm
/usr/ports/lang/perl5.18/pkg-plist:%%PRIV_LIB%%/Getopt/Long.pm
/usr/ports/lang/perl5.20/pkg-plist:%%PRIV_LIB%%/Getopt/Long.pm
/usr/ports/lang/perl5.22/pkg-plist:%%PRIV_LIB%%/Getopt/Long.pm
and the devel/p5-Getopt-Long seems to be unneeded. So, don't we
need to remove ${PORTSDIR}/devel/p5-Getopt-Long dependency lines
(18 of them currently; the number looks to small for widely used
module, so I guess many other ports use bundled Getopt::Long already)
and probably the port itself then?
