Using backpan.perl.org for old ports ?

BACKPAN is already in the list of mirrors as you can see.
You can add MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR=CPAN:LUKHNOS add this will work as desire.
Btw, i see such output for fetch, so it still avaliable on metacpan:
# make fetch
===> p5-Lingua-ZH-BPMFConvert-0.01_1 depends on file:
/usr/local/sbin/pkg - found
=> Lingua-ZH-BPMFConvert-0.01.tar.gz doesn't seem to exist in
