We do not support partial upgrades, never had, never will.

If you need to do something Perl related with a non supported, outdated,
expired version, upgrade your ports tree to before r373448.  Anything at or
after that commit, you *will* need a Perl version >= 5.14.4_8, 5.16.3_12,
5.18.4_5, 5.20.1_4. Though, skipping up to 5.14.4_14, 5.16.3_18, 5.18.4_11,
5.20.1_10 would be a way better idea.
