pcapinfo.1 installs to STAGEDIR/usr/local/man/man1/ , but "make install" trying
install it from STAGEDIR/usr/local/share/man/man1/ and fails.

# make
Installing /usr/ports/net/p5-Net-Pcap/work/stage/usr/local/man/man1/pcapinfo.1

# make install
pkg-static: Unable to access file
/usr/ports/net/p5-Net-Pcap/work/stage/usr/local/share/man/man1/pcapinfo.1.gz:
No such file or directory
