problem of updating devel/p5-Module-Build to 0.3800

Hi, all:

    Some perl ports now require devel/p5-Module-Build to 0.3800 but we
have 0.3624 in ports tree.

    devel/p5-Module-Build install /usr/local/bin/config_data and
/usr/local/man/man1/config_data.1 just as perl-5.10.1 install.

    I can build and install it and regress test OK but I can not fix
the plist error.

    Any comments ?
