Broken update to 5.14.1

I can't update perl-5.14.0 to 5.14.1 on either current or stable of
recent vintage.  Using portmaster as the upgrade tool, or make from
/usr/ports/lang/perl5.14 the installation of the new perl fails when
/usr/local/bin/pod2man is not found.  Anybody else seen this and found a
way around this error?
