ports/157794: [PATCH] graphics/p5-Image-ExifTool: update to 8.59

Hi sunpoet,

Please don't apply this patch to graphics/p5-Image-ExifTool -- 8.59 is a 
development version and this port tracks the production release (see 
http://www.sno.phy.queensu.ca/~phil/exiftool/history.html for details).

The sumbitter of ports/157794 has now opened a new PR for a 
graphics/p5-Image-ExifTool-devel port to track development releases at
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=157814
