p5-DBIx-Class broken, update to version 0.08127

Hey,

Just letting you know that p5-DBIx-Class (at [1]) is broken at version 0.08126.
It fails basic tests. The fix was pushed out in version 0.08127 (as described
at [2]) so it would make sense to update to that version.
