 There is already Test-Harness-1.20:

 It fixes at least one issue with the main module that prevented me
 to build www/mod_perl2: TAP::Parser::Source::Perl is now called
 TAP::Parser::SourceHandler::Perl.  The patch against the 3.18
 (that I used to fix the port) can be located at
