Update committed with the following modifications:
1) the build fails when DBI is not installed, so
   BUILD_DEPENDS should not be removed
2) p5-perl-ldap depends on security/p5-Authen-SASL
   which is for perl 5.6.0 or higher, so this port is
   as well.
